1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OkayFun online gaming platform, including the OkayFun website at okayfun.net, the OkayFun mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

By registering an account on OkayFun, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. You also agree to OkayFun's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

OkayFun reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the OkayFun Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under applicable Philippine regulations governing online casino-style gaming. OkayFun does not permit access to any person under the age of 21.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of OkayFun, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the OkayFun Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

OkayFun reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or closure of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the OkayFun Platform, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to all OkayFun accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one OkayFun account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OkayFun login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. OkayFun will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of unauthorized access: You must notify OkayFun immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Account verification: OkayFun may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

OkayFun reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

OkayFun supports the following payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount on OkayFun is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal is ₱200.
• Own funds only: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. OkayFun reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party source.
• Withdrawal processing: OkayFun aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15 minutes on average. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Verification before withdrawal: OkayFun may require identity verification to be completed before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will not be processed to payment methods that differ from those used for deposits without additional verification.
• No fees on standard transactions: OkayFun does not charge fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which OkayFun bears no responsibility.
• Currency: All transactions on OkayFun are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP).
• Inactive accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. OkayFun reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ₱50 per month to inactive accounts after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address.

OkayFun reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

5 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the OkayFun Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all OkayFun titles:

• All games on OkayFun use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. OkayFun does not manipulate game results.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect the theoretical long-term payout rate of each game. Actual results in any individual session may vary significantly from the stated RTP.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, OkayFun's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. OkayFun's decision in such matters is final.
• Bets placed using funds that are subject to an active bonus wagering requirement may be subject to specific game contribution rules. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — please refer to the applicable bonus terms.
• OkayFun reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, software malfunction, or exploitation of a game vulnerability.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

OkayFun may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are credited to your OkayFun account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified in the promotion) before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• OkayFun reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Any attempt to exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• OkayFun reserves the right to request additional verification before crediting or releasing bonus funds.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the OkayFun Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and OkayFun's prior written approval.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to OkayFun immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the OkayFun Platform or its games.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing OkayFun staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or misrepresent your location.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the OkayFun Platform — including but not limited to the OkayFun brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of OkayFun or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the OkayFun Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any OkayFun content without prior written permission.
• Use the OkayFun name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any OkayFun content or software.

Any unauthorised use of OkayFun's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9 Privacy & Data

OkayFun collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the OkayFun Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

OkayFun implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and OkayFun cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

OkayFun may be required to disclose your personal information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties where required by applicable law or regulation.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OkayFun, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or errors.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game information, odds, or payout calculations resulting from technical faults.

OkayFun's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your OkayFun account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit OkayFun's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11 Termination & Account Closure

Either you or OkayFun may terminate your account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Voluntary closure: You may request closure of your OkayFun account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following identity verification.
• Closure by OkayFun: OkayFun reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if you are found to have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulation.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period through OkayFun's Responsible Gaming tools. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in or place wagers. See our Responsible Gaming page for details.

Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

12 Responsible Gaming

OkayFun is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all registered OkayFun players:

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to help manage your spending.
• Session time reminders: OkayFun can notify you when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Self-exclusion: You may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net gaming activity are available.

13 Amendments to These Terms

OkayFun reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, OkayFun will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the OkayFun Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact OkayFun's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. OkayFun will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
